Introduction

These Terms of Service describe the general rules for using IAN X. They are draft commercial terms and may be updated before launch after legal review.

By requesting or using an IAN X workspace, you confirm that you are authorized to act for the business or organization using the service.

IAN X service description

IAN X provides software tools designed to help hostels, guesthouses, and accommodation teams manage rooms, beds, guests, stays, payments, reports, staff access, and related operational workflows.

Some modules may be available only by plan, add-on, region, configuration, or manual approval.

Account and workspace responsibilities

Each tenant is responsible for the accuracy of account details, staff access, passwords, workspace configuration, and activity performed by its users.

Tenant admins should remove access for staff who no longer need it and use available security controls where appropriate.

Tenant data and guest data responsibilities

Tenants decide what guest, stay, payment, and operational data they enter into IAN X and remain responsible for collecting and using that data lawfully.

IAN X is designed to help tenants manage data, exports, privacy requests, and operational records, but tenants must confirm their own legal obligations.

Plans, billing, renewal, and suspension

Plans, limits, add-ons, renewal periods, grace periods, and suspension behavior may depend on the selected plan and agreement.

If payment is overdue or a subscription is suspended, operational access may be limited while billing, wallet, support, and notification areas remain available where configured.

Wallet and internal credits disclaimer

IAN X wallet balances and internal credits are platform records for supported workflows. They are not bank accounts, stored-value cards, or regulated payment accounts unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Wallet usage may be limited, frozen, reversed, or reviewed to protect the platform, tenants, and other users.

Marketplace and network usage

Marketplace, referral, tour leader, urgent listing, and network tools are intended for eligible tenants and approved users only.

Listings, referrals, commissions, and availability details must be accurate, lawful, and kept up to date by the party posting or accepting them.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse IAN X, interfere with security, submit unlawful content, access another tenant workspace, scrape data without authorization, or use the service for spam, fraud, or abuse.

IAN X may suspend access or remove content where misuse, security risk, or policy breach is suspected.

Availability and maintenance

IAN X is operated with reasonable care, but availability may vary due to maintenance, incidents, infrastructure providers, internet connectivity, or customer configuration.

Planned maintenance and incidents may be communicated through the status page, tenant notices, support, or other available channels.

Limitations of liability placeholder

Liability limits, warranty disclaimers, indemnity language, and mandatory legal rights must be reviewed and finalized by qualified legal counsel before launch.

Nothing in this draft is intended to exclude rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Termination

A tenant may request cancellation subject to plan and agreement terms. IAN X may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, misuse, security risk, or material breach.

Data export, retention, deletion, or anonymization after termination may depend on the applicable plan, law, and operational feasibility.
