IAN X may collect account details, workspace details, support messages, billing records, security logs, product feedback, and technical data needed to operate the service.

Tenants may enter guest and stay information into their own workspace. The tenant controls the content and accuracy of that guest data.

Tenant account data may include business name, owner contact details, workspace domain, plan, subscription status, add-ons, support activity, and staff user records.

Guest records may include names, contact details, stay details, room or bed assignments, payment records, notes, and documents if the tenant chooses to upload or store them.

Tenants are responsible for notifying guests and obtaining any required permissions under applicable law.

IAN X stores billing status, payment attempts, wallet ledger records, references, and subscription data. Card data should not be entered into IAN X unless a supported payment provider flow explicitly requests it.

The current payment gateway foundation may include test-mode flows until a live provider is configured.

The platform may record logins, failed login attempts, route activity, audit events, API token usage, webhook deliveries, exports, and operational actions for security, support, compliance, and troubleshooting.

Sensitive values such as passwords, tokens, and secrets are designed to be redacted from logs where integrated.

IAN X uses essential cookies for authentication, security, sessions, CSRF protection, language preferences, and cookie consent state.

External analytics or advertising cookies should not be enabled unless separately configured and disclosed.

Data is used to provide the service, provision workspaces, manage subscriptions, support users, secure accounts, process tenant requests, improve product reliability, and comply with applicable obligations.

IAN X may share data with service providers needed to host, secure, support, communicate, or process payments for the platform, subject to applicable law and agreements.

IAN X does not sell guest data entered by tenants.

Data retention may depend on tenant settings, legal requirements, backups, security needs, accounting records, and support obligations.

Privacy request and retention tools are designed to help tenants export, anonymize, or request deletion where safe and lawful.

Tenants are responsible for their own privacy notices, guest-facing disclosures, staff access, lawful data collection, and handling of guest rights requests.

Individuals may contact the relevant tenant for guest data questions. IAN X support can help route platform-level privacy requests where appropriate.

IAN X uses reasonable safeguards designed to protect the service, including access controls, audit trails, backups, and security monitoring where configured.

No system can guarantee absolute security, so tenants should use strong passwords, role controls, and 2FA where available.

IAN X may be used by teams and guests in multiple countries. International transfer, localization, and privacy law requirements must be reviewed by legal counsel before public launch.
