Prohibited misuse
Do not use IAN X to violate laws, rights, contracts, platform policies, or security controls.
Illegal activity
Do not store, promote, or coordinate illegal activity, unlawful discrimination, trafficking, exploitation, or other prohibited conduct through IAN X.
Spam and abuse
Do not send spam, misleading messages, abusive support requests, fraudulent referrals, or deceptive marketplace content.
Security attacks
Do not attempt unauthorized access, credential abuse, vulnerability exploitation, malware distribution, denial-of-service attacks, or interference with other tenants.
Data scraping
Do not scrape, export, harvest, or copy platform data except through authorized product features and for lawful tenant operations.
Marketplace and referral abuse
Listings, referrals, urgent promotions, and tour leader activity must be accurate and authorized. Fake availability, fake referrals, and commission manipulation are prohibited.
Suspension rights
IAN X may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where misuse, security risk, legal risk, or harmful conduct is suspected.
